Vaccination Clinic Announcement

White Horse Christian Center will be hosting a Vaccination Clinic on Sunday, April 25 from Noon until 3 PM. The clinic is sponsored, staffed, and run by the West Lafayette Walmart Pharmacy - we are simply providing the venue. This clinic is open to anyone and is FREE of charge.

ONLINE sign-up for an appointment is preferred. Walk-ins are welcome. To sign up, visit ourshot.in.gov. Look for “White Horse Christian Center” as the location.

  • A government-issued ID or proof of residency (a utility bill, statement from credit card company, doctor’s office, etc.) is needed at your appointment.

  • Bring your health insurance card if you have one.

    A Second Vaccination Clinic will be held at WHCC on Sunday, May 23 from Noon until 3PM.
