Second Vaccination Clinic Announcement

White Horse Christian Center will be hosting a Vaccination Clinic on Sunday, May 23 from Noon until 3 PM. The clinic is sponsored, staffed, and run by the West Lafayette Walmart Pharmacy - we are simply providing the venue. This clinic is open to anyone and is FREE of charge.

This clinic will administer the SECOND SHOT to those who received their first shot at the April 25th clinic. Come at the time assigned to you when you received your first shot.

A first will also be administered for those who have not yet received one. FREE of charge. This will be for walk-ins only. No appointments will be available. Your second appointment will be set up at a different location, most likely the West Lafayette Walmart Pharmacy.

• A government-issued ID or proof of residency (a utility bill, statement from credit card company, doctor’s office, etc.) is needed at your appointment.

• Bring your health insurance card if you have one.

  A Second Vaccination Clinic will be held at WHCC on Sunday, May 23 from Noon until 3PM.
