Youth Ignition:
Youth (Middle-High School) Ignition on June 16 (Tonight) & June 17 from 5:00 PM-9:00 PM.
Sidewalk Wednesday:
Tonight!! For children Pre-K thru Grade 5 (Ages 3yrs – 5th grade). Children will be dismissed after worship to assigned teachers, meeting them in the lobby to be signed in by a parent. They will have a short devotional, snack, and some chalk to draw on their designated area of the sidewalk. Security will be present. Parents will retrieve their children in the lobby at 8:15 PM. The next Sidewalk Wednesday will be on July 14.
All Night Prayer:
Friday, June 18 at 9:00 PM – Saturday, April 24 at 6:00 AM. Come pray for all or part of this time. This event will not be livestreamed. An outline of the hourly prayer topics can be found here.
Father’s Day:
June 20 - We will have a special gift for Father’s during the services.
Young Adult Meeting:
June 25 at 7:00 PM for single young adults, ages 18-29, in our local church family. This is an off-site event. Contact the church office or a Young Adult Leader for more information.
Kids at the Park:
June 26 & July 17 from 9:30 until 11:30 AM at Columbian Park in Lafayette, Red Shelter #2 (it will be marked with a sign). Fun activities and a snack for ages 1 year – 5th grade, with parents. If older or younger children are part of the family, they are welcome. Parents are responsible for attending to their children.
Communion:
Communion with individually prepackaged communion elements, will be available at the end of services on June 27 for you to take communion here or at home.
Independence Day:
The WHCC church offices will be closed in observance of the July 4th holiday on Friday, July 2. We will have services at 8:30 & 10:00 AM on Sunday, July 4. No 6:00 PM service on July 4.
Virtual Youth Summit – “Your Time to Shine!”:
July 8 at 7:00 PM & July 9 at 4:00 & 7:00 PM. In-person for our WHCC local church family and online for our extended church family. We will livestream on whcc.net, the WHCC app, Facebook and YouTube. Mark your calendars and plan to join us! More information is available at youth.whcc.net.
Weekly Online Devotionals:
Daily Bread on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:00 PM.
Youth Devotionals are on Wednesday and Friday each week at 3:00 PM.
Kids in the Word Bible Series on Saturdays at 10:00 AM.

There are no classes for children or nursery at any service at this time. Some special summer events are scheduled for children and Wednesday night classes will begin on August 18 for ages 1 year thru 5th grade. Pick up a flyer on the information table in the lobby for more details!
